    This was the only day this week I am gonna be able to get here so I jumped ahead and did Bench and Running:

    worked up to 225# x 5 x 6
    twice long loop around the shopping center at a brisk pace ( @ 1+ miles I’d assume )

    somewhat later in AM – jerk work at Catalyst Athletics with Blake Barnes. With Greg Everett stretching in the background.
