twice long loop around the shopping center at a brisk pace ( @ 1+ miles I’d assume )
AM – sprints. something like an 8x100m. and some mobility
somewhat later in AM – jerk work at Catalyst Athletics with Blake Barnes. With Greg Everett stretching in the background.
