Notes: Alright, this is the third time through. Hopefully it feels a bit better than the first day. We are doing a mini peak. If you feel good and finish the 3rd wave with no misses, go for a set of 3 to finish at 85%. If you hit this cleanly file that away in your memory bank. Is it a 3 rep PR?
