A1. Weighted Chin-up:

5×5.  

*Find a weight that is slightly challenging but you know you can hit without failure for 5 sets of 5. If you do not have a deadhang chin – Perform Inverted Rows or jump up to a chin-up hold and try to lower down with control (3-5 seconds to lower).   

Then: 

B1. 5 Rounds of:
50m Sled Push (115/65)
1 Rope Climb
12 Toes to Bar
