A1. Bench Press: 3 Sets of 10
*See if you can use close to the same load used for the floor presses for the 3×10.

Then: 

B1. 4 rounds of: 
3 Minute Bike Ride
2 Minute Squat Hold
1 Minute Bar Hang

C1. Mobility! 

Notes: For B1, make sure the seat is set up properly so your hip doesn’t stay in an excessively flexed position the whole cycle.
