Workload: 

A1. Deadlift:

Set 1-3: 80% (1 Rep Max) x 3 Reps
Set 2-6: 65% (1 Rep Max) x 3 Reps

*90s Rest inbetween sets of 3

Then: 

B1. 10 Minute AMRAP:
6 Thrusters (115/75)
9 Knees to Elbows

Notes:  A little lighter this week but for 3 sets of 3 and then speed deads for 3 more sets.  This should be a bit easier on you.
