A1. Hang Muscle Snatch: Build to 5 rep max
*Deload 80% and hit 2 sets 5 H. Muscle Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats


B1. 4 rounds of: 
200m Sled Drag (90/45lbs)
8 Air Squats to Box Jumps (Step-Down – 24/20”)

*Notice it is a drag and you don’t run this

Notes: Today shouldn’t be a killer.  You should use all the movements to move but not push at a high intensity.  Enjoy.

For those on the hotel scene here is a modified version:

A. 5 Rounds of the following superset:
A1. DB Cuban Presses – 10 Reps
A2. DB Weighted Sit-up – 10 Reps


B. 4 Rounds of:
B1. 300m Walk (Crisp pace)
B2. 8 Pause Goblet Squats (2 mississippi in the bottom & very light DB)
