A. 1 Rep Max Pull-up
*Build to a 1 rep max pull-up.  Then 2 sets of 3 at 65%

B. On the minute for 8 Minutes
5 Thrusters (60%)


C. 3 Rounds of: 
400m Run
21 KB Swings (FE: 55/35lb)
12 Pull-ups

Notes: Rest up inbetween A1 and A2.  If you don’t have a max thruster you can work up to a quick 1 rep for today before A1.

If you start to fail and not hit 5 thrusters on the minute drop weight.

For Helen, just have fun.

  1. Pull-up: 35, 55, 70, 85, 100, 115, 125(f) – Felt good, think I can get 125 with another crack
    Thrusters: Done with 155
    Helen: 10:45 – This did not feel good
