21 KB Swings (FE: 55/35lb)
12 Pull-ups
Notes: Rest up inbetween A1 and A2. If you don’t have a max thruster you can work up to a quick 1 rep for today before A1.
If you start to fail and not hit 5 thrusters on the minute drop weight.
