Clean: Build to a 1 rep max

*Deload to 85% and perform 3 setsx 2 reps


EOTM for 5 Minutes:
5 Hang Cleans (50% Max)

Rest 1 minute then: 

6 Rounds of Strict “Cindy”:
5 Strict Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute then: 

EOTM for 5 Minutes:
5 Hang Cleans

Notes: Good luck.  If your legs feel good go for a 1 rep PR.  Have fun everyone.

    115# PR
    skipped the deload to get out of the room for Dan’s AM class

    55# hang cleans
    modified cindy to push ups, sit ups, squats to give my shoulder a little break

    Nothing feels good anymore, but in the last week I’ve set:
    2 clean PRs (112# and then 115#)
    snatch PR (87#)
    OHS PR (87#)

    I need to sleep in this weekend
