Weighted Chin-up (Approximately 1/5 of 1 rep max load)Then:

Notes: How are those quads feeling after yesterday? Warm-up sufficiently and hammer the soft tissue in the front of your thighs and groin after the workout. How is your couch stretch and straddle coming along? With all the squatting we do, everyone should be relatively proficient in those two positions.
