Workload:

Front Squat: Build to a crisp 1 rep max

*Deload to 80% and perform 4setsx3reps

Then:

EOTM for 5 Minutes:
5 Thrusters (1/2BW)

Rest 1 minute then: 

6 Rounds of Strict “Cindy”:
5 Strict Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute then: 

EOTM for 5 Minutes:
5 Thrusters (1/2BW)

Notes: Good luck.  If your legs feel good go for a 1 rep PR on the Front Squat.
