WHITEBOARD – 19 December 2013


Bench Press: Work to 8 Rep Max.  Aim to have 5 lbs heavier than last time (05DEC2013) Deload to 2 Sets x 10 Reps x 62.5% Max set


8 Rounds of:
2 Handstand Push-ups
10 Burpees


Max Set of Push-ups 

Notes: Try to hit about a 5lb increase on the bench from your last 8 rep max.  For the second part make sure you can actually complete 8 rounds. If you cannot, go with dumbbell presses instead of HSPUs

Rest 3 Minutes between the 2nd and 3rd part.

    85# 8RM. that’s 5# heavier than last time. sweet

    WOD completed. I still hate burpees

    14 strict push ups, then 6 knee push ups. that’s 2 more strict pushups from last time
