Power Clean: Work up to a max single.  Hit 8 reps of 1 at 85% or above.  This would include all sets working up to and after max.

Conditioning:

100 Push-ups

*Every time you stop perform 100m meter shuttle (50m out, 50m back)

    Power Clean: worked up to 240. Missed 245 twice.

    Push-ups: 25-15-15-15-10-10-10

    6 runs total. Ran an extra 200m at the end to make it an even half mile.
