Clean to Press (1+3)

Build up to a heavy max.  You clean it ONCE and then perform 3 straight presses.  Get 4 sets within 90% of the max set counting build up and deload sets. 

Then:

Conditioning

5 Minute AMRAPs w/ 2 minute rest between each:

B1.
6 Box Jumps (30/24)
12 Wall Balls

B2.
3 Handstand Push-ups
30 Double-Unders

B3.
8 Burpees
12 Ball Slams (20/14)

Notes: How are the buttocks feeling?  On to different things please notice that for the second part you perform 5 straight minutes of B1, rest 2 minutes, 5 straight minutes of B2, rest 2 minutes, and then finish with 5 straight minutes of B3.
