WHITEBOARD – 15 February 2013

Workload:

5 Rounds of:
30s Max Double Unders
15s Rest
30s Max Double Unders
75s rest

Then, immediately follow with:

5 Rounds of “Cindy”
5 Kipping Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Notes: Score for today = (Total Double Unders) – (Duration (s) of 5 rounds of Cindy).

Only individuals with sub 5 minutes Cindy and 300+ double unders will have positive scores. For the double unders really think about posture and your shoulder and hip position. If you spend 5 minutes performed crap double unders it will not make the 5 rounds of cindy very fun. Have fun.

    Missed post.
1000m row, rest, 750m row, rest, 500m row, rest, 250m row
    4:06 PR, 3:08, 2:00, 1:00

Then 3 rounds of 30 double unders, 10 evil wheels, 10 chin ups, blue band

An interesting thing happened today. I felt positively springy on those double unders, and the evil wheels somehow seemed less evil

  • John Donne – Meditation 17

No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
