Workload:
Clean & Jerk – Work up to a heavy max. Then do 2+1 (2 Cleans + 1 Jerk) at 90% for 2 sets
Then:
5 Rounds of:
2 Muscle-Ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Box-Jumps (30/24)
Notes: If you are not efficient with your Jerk, but are able to perform cleans drop the jerk once the form degrades and work up to a clean single. Then, perform 4 deload sets with 2 Cleans + 2 Jerks at a weight you can hit a crisp Jerk with.

I think that is 425 (bar, 8x45s, 2x10s)

Worked up to a 265 Clean and Jerk. It felt great to be able to hit that kind of weight again; haven’t done that kind of weight since at least last march/april.
