Then:

B1. 3 Rounds of:
400m Run
20 Step-ups (Each dumbbell = 1/5 bodyweight)

B2. 3 Rounds of:
3 Handstand Push-ups
9 Ring Dips
18 Push-ups

Notes: B2 is to be done immediately after completing B1.  Happy Monday.
