Workload:

Back Squat: Work up to heavy set of 5 then perform 2 sets of 5 at 90%

Then: 

12 Minute AMRAP:
3 Handstand Presses
6 Step-ups (6 each leg – 1 dumbbell = 1/4 bodyweight)
12 Weighted Sit-ups (60/35lbs)

Notes: Get your damn registration forms for Bench for Boobs in if you haven’t done so already!  It is going to be the event of the year.
