WHITEBOARD – 4 October 2012

Workload:

Bench Press: 3, 5, 7, 10

Then:

6 Rounds of:
35 Double Unders
8 Deadhang Wide Grip Pull-up
6 Ring Push-ups

Notes: For the bench work up to a heavy set of 3 just like you would if it was a max. Then hit sets of 5, 7, 10 lowering the weight for each set. You want to lower the weight just enough to allow you to finish the sets with decent speed and control.

Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
