Then did a variation of the CrossFit football workout of:
5 rounds
10 walking lunges
3 broad jumps
8 kettlebell swings
And the push up experiment is up to 7 sets of 13 push ups a day. Trying to break my max set PR by B4B

Max pushups on the minute for 10 minutes, didn’t do snatch or squats: 37, then a bunch of 7, 8, 9, 10’s.
the mu time was fast. how’s the knee? judging from your workout, not good?

The overheads started at 100# and was then reduced to the bar.
25, then 15, then 10s, then 5s.
shoulders were shot. very tough wod.
Snatch up to 195, took 4 decent cracks at 207.
