Workload:
Bench Press: Work up to heavy single, then perform 3 sets of 3 at 85%
Then:
On the minute perform:
1 Barbell Press (35% max bench)
1 Burpee
*Escalate the reps by 1 every round (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, etc…) Perform until you can no longer complete the required work in the 1 minute interval.
Notes: This is a day to figure out a bench for Barbell for Boobs. Remember the bar must be in control during the whole lift, the bar should touch the chest and stay there for a moment, and the bar can never stop its upward momentum when pressed. We have 4 training weeks left till the event, so lets get a number on the board to help us with openers for everyone.
