Saturday: made starting loosehead prop so I completed my goal. Goal has been updated to “maintain” starting position as starting prop for Doylestown Rugby. We also won 78-7 so great start to the season.
In order to achieve that new goal based on my performance on Saturday, I need to boost metabolic conditioning…a lot. So, no outright strength work for me for a while. My strength was great. I just need to be able to breath and not overheat. So, bring on the running and biking.
