Workload:
Back Squat: Work up to a heavy set of 5. Then perform 2 sets of 5 at 85-90%.
Then:
A1. 5 Rounds of:
3 Push Press (75% 1 Rep Max)
5 Ring DipsThen:
A2. 5 Rounds of:
8 Box Jumps
8 Goblet Squats (Dumbbell: 1/3 of 5 Rep Back Squat weight)
Notes: Hit your squats and then go to A1 and A2. You rest as little as needed between A1 and A2. For the Push Presses clean the bar from the ground. For the goblet squats use a KB or DB to load the movement.
