Notes: Sweaty one today. Just think how much more pleasant it would be to Bench or Boobs. On a different note, has anyone every seen a more athletic band?


WOD: done
Averages:
Row: 10 pulls averaging 12m a pull
Knees to elbows: 5 a set (cept the final set. only did 3 then)
Burpees: 5 a set (cept the final set where i did 6)
WOD Done. Did push ups rather than k2e. I have a cuff issue I need looked at.
