Workload:

4 Rounds of:(All sets done in a Tabata Interval: 20s of work, 10s of rest
Row: 4 Intervals
Knees-to-Elbows: 1 Interval
Burpee: 1 Interval
Knees-to-Elbows: 1 Interval
Burpee: 1 Interval
*Rest 90s & Repeat for 4 total rounds.

Notes: Sweaty one today. Just think how much more pleasant it would be to Bench or Boobs. On a different note, has anyone every seen a more athletic band?

    WOD: done

    Averages:

    Row: 10 pulls averaging 12m a pull

    Knees to elbows: 5 a set (cept the final set. only did 3 then)

    Burpees: 5 a set (cept the final set where i did 6)
