Workload:
Power Clean + Hang Power Clean; Work up to a heavy set with proper positioning.
Then:
On the Minute for 10 Minute perform:
1 Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + 1 Jerk
Then:
4×8 sets of Evil Wheels: Rest 90-120s inbetween sets.
Notes: This is a complex. You perform 1 power clean from the FLOOR then immediately drop the bar to the hang. Set up in your hang position and pull for a Hang Power clean. I want you to work this complex up to a max for the day. Then once your max is hit, back the weight down to 75% and perform the complex + a jerk on the minute for 10 minutes. Post questions.
