There are many more locations and places to get ideas from. Even though you are following a set program, you should still be aware of your own goals and be the driver for your performance. He isn’t making anything and I wouldn’t say his pallet is sophisticated enough to be “skilled” in anything other than extruding crap out of it.

snatch balance work
headstand practice
Did Mobility and then some Jerk Skill practice with Paul. Got up to 215# and then tweaked my knee ( the other knee ). if it still feels like this tomorrow I may be out for a bit. Only I would get an injury on a skill day…
