Notes: Pick 2-3 movements to work on.  Think high technique oriented movements.  Some good sites to get ideas from are BeastSkills, Gymnastic WOD, Performance Menu, and Ido Portal. There are many more locations and places to get ideas from. Even though you are following a set program, you should still be aware of your own goals and be the driver for your performance. Have fun, join in with someone else today, make a game out of the training and see where it takes you. Post up video if you can!

    5 min third world squat
    snatch balance work
    headstand practice

    Did Mobility and then some Jerk Skill practice with Paul. Got up to 215# and then tweaked my knee ( the other knee ). if it still feels like this tomorrow I may be out for a bit. Only I would get an injury on a skill day…
