3 Chin-ups (70% max set hit for the day or banded)
Max set of Double-Unders
Notes: If your total double-unders for the workout is < (Best round of double-unders in the workout X 5), then you have to do 20 burpees for a penalty. Also, if you best round of double-unders is not within 70% of your all time best round you need to do 20 burpees at the end of the workout for a penalty.
