Notes: For the KB Clean to Press make sure as you go to rack the clean you rotate the elbow in and the KB goes on the outside of the fist. That will put the KB in a good position that won’t destroy your shoulder. Here is a decent video, I would prefer a little more external rotation but solid position all the same:
