WHITEBOARD – 24 MAY 2012

Workload:

Hang Power Clean
*Work up to a heavy single then perform 3 sets of 3 at 90%

Then:

7 Rounds of:
50m Sled Drag
25m Sled Row
*Rest 75s inbetween rounds

Notes: Make sure you notice the clean is a hang and a power. For the second part load the drags a little heavier than the row. I recommend for men 135 drag/90row and women 75/50. You can deviate from there depending on how the sled feels. The pulls should all be done without stopping and the rows shouldn’t be difficult enough to deviate your form.

  • John Donne – Meditation 17

No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
