Workload:

200m Run
*Rest twice what it took you to run the 200m. Repeat this cycle 8 times.

Notes: Have fun.  Take notice of any aches or pains that you may have after your runs.  If you notice any send them over in the comments section.  Running has a way of causing injuries in those that have poor mechanics.

What runners do you think are most likely to develop shoulder dysunction due to their mechanics in the picture below? Low back problems?

    wod complete. averaged @ 40-45 seconds for the first 4 and prob a minute or so for the last 4

    Average about a minute for the first 4, maybe 50s for the last 4. On the treadmill.

    My right butt cheek hurts.
