WHITEBOARD – 9 March 2012

Workload:

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • 1 rope climbs
  • 5 Goblet Squats (1/2 bodyweight)
  • 10 push-ups
  • 30 Double-Unders

Notes: Have fun.  For the goblet squats try to notice the toe position.  Remember we want you slowly moving towards a less turned out position with the feet with the lighter squats.  Save the knees by queuing the hip back and the knees out on the squat.

If you have olympic lifting shoes, don’t use them for this.

  • John Donne – Meditation 17

No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
