WHITEBOARD – 9 March 2012
Workload:
Complete 5 rounds for time of:
- 1 rope climbs
- 5 Goblet Squats (1/2 bodyweight)
- 10 push-ups
- 30 Double-Unders
Notes: Have fun. For the goblet squats try to notice the toe position. Remember we want you slowly moving towards a less turned out position with the feet with the lighter squats. Save the knees by queuing the hip back and the knees out on the squat.
If you have olympic lifting shoes, don’t use them for this.

9:46 – big red squats
Max Single for the following:
Snatch: 265 (Failed 275 3 times)
Clean & Jerk: 320 (Failed 330)
Best I have felt in awhile. I think I am back in the right direction
Just did a bunch of 205# and 225# power clean and jerks today.
roughly 17 minutes. No double unders. 100# big red for the goblet squats. legs on rope climbs 2-5. throbbing temples likely due to dehydration.
8:18
Subbed 5 kipping pull ups for the rope climb
5?, why didn’t you just sub 10 yards of skipping for the double-unders?
are you going to sport the flat-top again this summer?
What’s with all the animosity? Did you fall on the bunny slope this weekend?
you spelled “jocularity” wrong, we’ll chalk that up to the liberal arts education.
much better tan in your new profile pic
