WHITEBOARD – 01 MARCH 2012

WORKLOAD:

20 Minute AMRAP:
1 Minute Handstand Hold
1 Bear Walk (Perimeter of workout room)
2 Muscle-ups

Notes: This is going to be a new testing workout from this point on.  I wanted something that would show deficencies in shoulder mobility and stability.  I think this is a pretty good one.  Be smart, because if you are in poor positions in any of the movements fatigue will set in FAST.  Slow your pace, and for the handstand holds PLEASE don’t go to failure.  Kick down before you feel unstable and put a gymnastic mat underneath you.

Any suggestions for a name for this workout?  The Kemm?

attempted 2 MUs each round then subbed twice as many pullups
stopped a bit after round 2 to clean up the blood…

If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
