**Every time you rest, perform 5 strict Chin-ups
Notes: Happpy Valentines day! Nothing like a good old fake holiday to make your loved ones critical of your actions, or yourself critical of you lack of loved ones. Tell Hallmark to kiss your rearend and workout the frustration instead (Send the Surf and Turf my way).
If you complete the workout with fewer than 25 chin-ups perform whatever many left you would have to get to 25. These don’t need to be rushed, just get the volume in.
