4 Rounds of:
10 Romanian Deadlifts (50% 1 rep max deadlift)
10 Strict Pull-ups
1 Minute Plank Hold

Then:

500m Row for time

Notes: Click the hyperlink above for a demo of the romanian deadlifts.  You don’t have to lower the bar to mid shin if you get a hamstring stretch prior to this point.  If you experience any back pain/discomfort sub the movement for kettlebell swings.

    Tried to do 30 muscle ups for time by doing 2 every 20 seconds.
    Did 20 muscle ups in 4 minutes. The remaining 10 took 18 minutes.
