Notes: Pretty short one.  Be cognitive of your shoulder positioning during all of this pulling.  A rope climb is pretty hard to pack the shoulders so be extra diligent with setting up your inverted rows and finishing the indoor row with good posture.  Repetitive poor positioning = injuries.
