WHITEBOARD – 3 February 2012

Workload:

Double Unders: 10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10

Inbetween each set of Double-Unders perform the following:

2 Burpees
3 Push-ups

Notes: If you think you are very good with Double Unders, do the workout with unbroken sets of double unders. Start the workout with the burpees/push-up combo and finish it with it as well.

Have fun and post questions.

Snatch: Work up to Max Cluster Set (3 reps done with 30s Rest inbetween)

I’ll call the last full set at 185
Worked up to 205 but had trouble hitting the 2-3 rep because of soft shoulders

Clean & Jerk: Work up to Max Cluster Set (3 reps done with 30s Rest inbetween)

Started to heavy and worked my way down and back up
    Full set at 185
