Notes: Thanks for all that came out for the Oly Club this past Saturday.  Great work for everyone.  If you didn’t make it out check out the post from Saturday summarizing the topics discussed.  The Power jerk, and work from the hang will be utilized during the next training cycle so make sure to take note.

    11:07 with 1.5 pood

    38 total thrusters
    53 total push ups

    Both WODs completed. Did not count or time.

    That thruster WOD was nasty!

    Both complete with subs. Handstands instead of clean and press. Burpees instead of thruster.

    Approx 11 minute for te first part

    Lowest rounds 5 burpees and 7 push-us

    Part 1: 25# KB and GHD situp sub (no hanging from a bar yet)

    Part 2: 50# thrusters and incline push ups. 39 thrusters, 44 push ups
