Notes: Seem like a light day, it is. Don’t kill yourself if you followed the programming the last two days.

Pick two mobility WODs and some gymnastic skill to work on and call it a day.

For those performing a competition put it on hold until Thursday.

    Note to self:

    Don’t do heavy deadlifts on the first day back after many days off. This can lead to painful back injury and a embarrassing waddle walk where everyone asks you if you are ok.
