WHITEBOARD – 21 October 2011
Workload:
6 Rounds of:
200m Run
10 Clapping Push-ups
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
Notes: Have fun with the WOD. Remember next week is the Olympic lifting Club. 6:15-8:15. RSVP so I can get a head count.
Brian wanted to share the fun he was having on his trip. Here is his description of the picture posted:
“The picture is on mountain bike route at a small mountain villiage soda stand. The bags are full of garlic root that they pick in the field”

Oh, and remember Brian could barely flex his knee when he first started working with all of you. Makes me pretty happy to be part of the lunch time group, even if I don’t share your misery on a daily basis.
Stone Cold Steve “Olson”? that’s awesome.
I was tempted to buy it from him for the winner of the old/young guy challenge on Friday.
That would have been an epic prize.

who the hell is Steve Olson?
t-shirt says it all…
How many people would have such a smile holding garlic in an overhead squat?
12:02
16:37 of fun, standard push-ups rounds 5–6.
That’s rounds 2 through 6
10:29
A 155 2 rep snatch and kemm wins his first week.
2x? Can I come back and re-do Monday’s?
Yikes, have fun with that. I think you two may want to consider making it a rule that retried aren’t allowed. Just saying… If you want to survive this competition.
I say all wods must be completed monday through Friday.
14:34
Forget lbs, or even pood. I want our WODs to be measured in garlic from now on.
Great pic.
I’m in for oly class on wed.
11:14 for the wod
I’m in for Oly.
