Workload:

On the minute for 15 Minutes perform 1 Power Clean 

*Raise the load with every good rep.  Lower it with 2 consecutive failures.  Start weight at  around 70% your 1 rep max clean load.
**It must be met in a power position for it to count as a good rep.  Take a look at the picture of the day for a solid power snatch.  LT’s hips are clearly above the knee crease.

Then:

1 Rope Climb
2 Muscle-ups
10 Double-Unders

Notes: Same game as yesterday, but post a caption for Rock or Christine as LT hits a 185 high hang power snatch.

    WOD – one rope, one failed MU. Shoulder gave out on the 2nd rope attempt. Did 50 doubles.

    Did two rounds of the wod and my legs started to cramp like whoa so I stopped. finished with 30 doubles to at least complete that part.
