  1. rope: 9:46 no legs

that wod was horrible. have been doing this stuff for 4+ years and that was the worst. going to assume the wet asphalt did not help.

25:25 (this was with about 2:00 rest between each set)

rope.. no legs, significantly slower than Kramli… Maybe 13, maybe 18, I don’t remember.

Did 3 rounds of the WOD and couldn’t finish.

fiddled around with clean and jerks while they did rope climbs.

5 sled pushes, no kb swings. DNF.

I agree with Kramli, that was really unpleasant and i didnt even do everything.

rope – no legs @19 min all from seated position

got through 2 rounds of the WOD then felt dizzy. All the same – feels good to be back.

Ahhh… Thanks for the research. Would be interesting to determine the additional weigh equivalent of doing it on a wet surface. My wild guess is it added 30-50%.

Skipped rope climb because hands are torn.

Did the full WOD as RXed at around Dan’s time. Wet pavement was like glue. I wanted to vomit several times.

If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
