WHITEBOARD – 13 September 2011
Workload:
“Fran”
21-15-9
Thrusters
Kipping Pull-ups
Notes: Have fun. Set a clear goal for the workout prior to starting. It should be reasonable but not easy. You should know that you could accomplish it, but it will be reaching a bit higher than the last time you did it. Unbroken thrusters? 10 second rest intervals between rounds?
Remember, pain is a feeling, don’t let it dictate your thoughts and behaviors.

glad I sandbagged the pull-ups yesterday.
glad I did 48 squat cleans at 95# yesterday
For reference, I believe this is the last time we did Fran https://beyultraining.com/2011/02/24/whiteboard-25-february-2011/

16:40 Rx’d. my arms hurt, and I can’t lift my legs.
Your quote from February:
“next time: 95# thrusters, and and chin above the bar.”
Awesome job completing your first Rx’d Fran. New goal for next time 🙂
Thanks, everyone 🙂 Another quote from last time:
Still so very true. You guys rock.
Way to RX Fran! Nice job buddy!
