    Times per round:

    1:31, 1:53, 1:46, 1:58, 2:01, 2:04, 1:58, 1:53

    That was everything I had for the rest of the week.

    Low of 1:41, high of 2:31 maybe, average probably around 2:15. First 3 climbs without legs

    Felt. very. weak.

    giving myself full credit on this one, no rest from row to legless ascent. was shooting for sub 2:00 for all.
