WHITEBOARD – 25 August 2011

Workload:

6 Rounds of:
3 Dumbbell Push-Presses
6 Dumbbell Step-ups (6 each leg)
150ft Dumbbell Farmer’s Walk

Notes: Post load of dumbbells and time for the workout.  Pick 1 weight to use for all movements.  Suggested weight would be around 25% of your push-press (Ex: 200lb push-press = 50lb dumbbells).  Be smart and if you have any shoulder stability issues lower the weight.
