WORKLOAD:

Chin-up

3-3-3-2-1-1

Then:

3 Rounds:
Max Repition Push-ups
200m Run
*Rest 45s & repeat

Pool:

100m Swim
Max Round Push-ups
*Rest 60s & repeat for 4 Rounds

Notes: Post load for the chin-ups (palms facing you), and time and load for the either training session.  If you do the pool workout the chin-ups can be skipped or performed as a second workout later in the day.
