NOTES: The weather is showing that it should be fine for the pool tomorrow.  If you look out the window tomorrow and it looks iffy call the gym and Dan can let you know what’s going on.  He is there at 5:30 and is at the gym all the way up to 5 of 7.

This looks like the workout from two weeks ago for the pool people but take notice of the lengths.  It is slightly modified to make it that much more fun.
