Four 400m Sprints

  • w/ 90s rest in-between

Then:

3 sets of Max deadhang Chin-ups or Inverted Rows

  • w/120s rest in-between

Notes: Sprints to be performed after a proper warm-up. You should be breaking a sweat even before your first run. Chin-ups are palm facing you.

    6, 5, 3 on pull-ups. I stayed and did some kipping ones until I got to 30.

    Your life won’t change at all once you are married. In fact, you should also have kids right away because that doesn’t change anything either. There is a pretty good chance I collapse a half hour into the training tommorrow and will get rushed to the emergency room and have to stay….this is what us married people call a vacation.
