Notes: The sandbag can be held/supported anyway you want as long as it is not touching the ground. You can rest with the sandbag off the ground as long as you would like but as soon as that bag touches the ground you must perform 15 push-ups.
The cap for the workout is 6 penalties, please do not continue past this point.
