Hang Power Snatch
1 Rep Max

Then:

8 Minute AMRAP
2 Power Snatches (135/95lbs)
4 Dead hang Chin-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (100/70lbs)

Notes: For the snatch, if you are not familiar with the movement keep it light & work on technique for 20 minutes- http://californiastrength.com/videos/viewvideo/41/snatch/snatch-video-how-to-part-one

For the WOD, if you are not familiar with the Power Snatch (Bar starts on floor), then you can perform 4 tall box jumps. The height should be challenging and only a couple of inches off your max.
